I love all the different conversations we have on Impact and this week was no exception as we learned bout IBS, eco-justice, eco-dharma the Florian Knights and more about the opioid crisis and its impact on the street as well as to health care professionals. We wrap up with James Hoggan who is a public relations advisor, past chair of the David Suzuki Foundation, founder of the DeSmogBlog and author. His latest book “I’m right, and you’re an idiot: The Toxic State of Public Discourse and how to clean it up” is amazing. Next week Impact will be making room for Kirk Lapointe with lively discussions from many of the candidates hoping to win over your neighbourhood. It’s a great opportunity to hear what they think… I hope you can join us.

"Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. All things break. And all things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So, go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world waits in darkness for the light that is you." L.R. Knost
